Zoom Setup
I host retreats using Zoom. I don't necessarily think it is the best service to use, but it is the one most people seem to be familiar with. I subscribe to a Zoom One Pro account. I need this so my meetings can go for longer than 40 minutes.
Zoom Rooms
Zoom does not let you have two rooms open at the same time on the same account. Since the way we do interviews is to have inteviews run simultaneously with group practice, we need the teacher to have one paid zoom account and the manager to have another.
Zoom alternatives
If I were to use something different to Zoom it would probably be Jitsi Meet. It's open source and you can self-host it or get it hosted for you.
